Camera data

Camera locations come from OpenStreetMap, contributed by volunteers (including through DeFlock), and are © OpenStreetMap contributors under the Open Database License. Locations are reported, not verified by us and may be incomplete or wrong. Don't rely on them for anything important.

Privacy policy

• We don't run ads or ad trackers, and we don't sell personal data.
• The map loads data directly from third-party services in your browser: map tiles from OpenStreetMap, camera data from the Overpass API, town/ZIP search from Nominatim, and driving routes from the public OSRM server. Anything you type into a lookup is sent to those services to get your result. Those services receive your IP address and the map area you view, under their own privacy policies.
• Lookup results are cached in your own browser (localStorage) for up to 6 hours to go easy on free servers. Clear your site data to remove them.
• Share links contain whatever you typed (e.g. a town or address). Only share what you're comfortable sharing.
• We may enable Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and doesn't track you across sites.
• If we add email signup or donations later, we'll update this policy before collecting anything.
• Our host may keep standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security.

Terms of use

• Content is provided "as is" for information and commentary, with no warranty. Nothing here is legal advice.
• Templates are free to use and adapt.
• Don't use this site to harass anyone, trespass, or tamper with property.
• We may change these terms; continued use means you accept the current version.
